My approach to work is rooted in integrity, curiosity and person‑centred practice. I’m committed to creating environments where people feel heard, respected and able to contribute meaningfully. My Masters research on introverted leaders in sport reinforced this: the leaders I interviewed consistently prioritised people over process, acted with integrity, and took time to think deeply before making decisions. These findings mirror my own values and continue to shape how I facilitate, design programmes and support organisations.
